Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of receipt for all 101 Copenhagen home decor and furniture items, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization form.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure the sculptural pieces are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at a certified carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
